sells to the trade only – you must have a resale license and/or an
EIN to place an order with us.
Payment
Opening
order minimum: $300
Re-orders: $150
First
time orders must be paid by credit card. Upon a credit review,
subsequent orders can be set up for Net 30 payment. For full
container or custom orders we must receive a
PO
and a 50% deposit prior to order processing. Please contact us
if you would like further information about container or custom
orders.
We
offer 3 brackets of pricing: non-container wholesale with the
minimums shown above, 20 foot container pricing and 40 foot
container pricing. Each item page lists all three prices on the
right hand side of the web page.
Shipping
It
takes approximately 3-5 weeks to produce items for a container
shipment and an additional 2-4 weeks in shipping time, therefore a
total of approximately 5-9 weeks between placing your order and
receiving it.
The
average freight cost for a 20 foot container is approximately
$2500-$3000 and a 40 foot container is approximately $3000-$3500
(not including miscellaneous customs and delivery fees). The
exact cost however, will depend on delivery location.
Non-container
orders are generally shipped by standard ground service (DHL, UPS,
etc.). Non-container orders of furniture are generally ship by
freight. We can often accommodate special shipping requests – just
ask us!
Returns
Damaged
Items
You
must contact us within 10 business days of receipt of a
damaged item.
Keep
all original packing materials.
Don't throw out the box or any of the padding material such as
peanuts or paper. If these items are discarded we may not be able to
issue a refund.
Replacements
are generally sent out within 2-3 business days of your contacting
us. In the event we cannot replace the item, we will provide a full
refund including any shipping costs. If the item is backordered, we
will provide an estimated time of arrival and let you choose between
a refund or replacement.
Wrong
Items
If we
sent you the wrong item or wrong quantity of an item we will send a
return shipping label at no cost that you can use to return the
item(s).
Please
pack the item(s) carefully in the original packing
materials.
Simply
call DHL and they will pick up the package at no charge to you.
We
will ship the correct item(s) within 2-3 business days of your
contacting us.
All
other returns
You
may return an item(s) within 10 business days of receipt in
its original condition. We charge a 15% (less shipping) re-stocking
fee. Items cannot be returned after 10 business days.
You
must provide shipping costs for returns. We strongly recommend
shipping companies with tracking capabilities (DHL, UPS, FedEx) - in
the event that a package is lost, you must provide tracking
information. If you cannot provide tracking information, we cannot
issue a refund.
You
must safely pack the item with the original packing
materials or equivalent. If a return or exchange item is damaged due
to poor packing, we cannot issue a credit or refund. For this
reason, we strongly recommend insuring the returned
item for its full retail value. |
